Leadership development programs unique to Delta Sigma Pi are the LEAD (Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs) schools and Grand Chapter Congress. These programs are held at different locations throughout the country and are open to an array of members of Delta Sigma Pi from Universities all around. At these conferences, individuals have the opportunity to network with other fraternity members and are able to enhance their personal, professional, leadership, and fraternal development.
